This page sets out the terms that apply when you use fourleafgaming.com, how we use cookies, and how we handle your personal data. In this page, "Four Leaf Gaming", "we", "us" and "our" mean Four Leaf Gaming of Close Corran, Isle of Man, IM4 4LZ. If you have any questions, email us at hello@fourleafgaming.com.

Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Who can use this website

This website is for people aged 18 or over who can legally view gambling-related content where they live. By entering the website you confirm that you meet these requirements. Four Leaf Gaming develops casino games for licensed operators. We do not offer real-money gambling on this website, and any game demos here are for demonstration only: they use no real money and pay out no prizes.

3. Accounts

Players, affiliates and operators can register for an account. When you register you must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Affiliate and operator accounts are reviewed before they are approved, and we may decline, suspend or close any account at our discretion, for example if we believe it is being misused or the information given is not accurate.

4. Game materials

Some areas of the website give approved partners access to game demos, artwork, documentation and other materials. These materials are provided only so you can evaluate or promote our games under your agreement with us. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not share them with anyone else, publish them, or use them for any other purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including games, game names, logos, artwork, text, audio and video, is owned by or licensed to Four Leaf Gaming and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use this website:

  • in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you;
  • to try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, other accounts or any connected system;
  • to introduce viruses or other harmful code, or to overload or disrupt the website;
  • to scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means; or
  • to send spam or unsolicited promotional material.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to websites run by other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date. Nothing on the website is legal, financial or professional advice.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage. This notice explains which cookies we use and why.

Essential cookies

These cookies are needed for the website to work, so they cannot be switched off:

  • age-confirmed: remembers that you have confirmed you are 18 or over, so we do not ask on every visit. Kept for about 13 months.
  • cookies-acknowledged: remembers that you have accepted this cookie notice. Kept for about 13 months.
  • nuxt-session: keeps you signed in to your account and protects it. Kept for up to 7 days.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: our forms (contact, newsletter, sign-in and registration) use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from bots. Google may set its own cookies, such as _GRECAPTCHA, for this. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.

Analytics cookies

Once you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics. These cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) collect information about how visitors use the website, such as the pages you visit and how long you stay, so we can improve it. Google Analytics cookies are usually kept for up to 2 years. We do not load them until you accept.

Other third parties

Our fonts are served by Adobe Fonts, and game demos may be loaded from our game servers or partner platforms. These services may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website, such as signing in, may not work. To withdraw your consent to analytics cookies, delete the cookies for fourleafgaming.com in your browser; the cookie banner will then appear again.
